Ms. Manzo joined the firm in 2006. She graduated from Northeastern University,Ā summa cum laude, with a Bachelorās degree in Political Science. She is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law,Ā cum laude, where she was a member of the Community Legal Practice Center. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Manzo was a summer law clerk at Vertis, Inc., a corporation headquartered in Baltimore. She worked at MCWG as a paralegal between college and law school. She co-authored A Spot Transaction by Any Other Name, which was published in theĀ Mealeyās Emerging Securities Litigation Newsletter. She is admitted to the New York bar.
